My name is Cecilia Arroyo, I am currently in a wheel chair. For the past 17 years I have been paralyzed from my shoulder down due to a car accident, because of my condition I depend on someone to pamper me and take care of me at all times. I live with my husband so a lot of times when we go out he would attempt to put on my makeup because others were too busy to do it or many times there would be too little time to make myself look beautiful. I learned about the laser tattoo for the face and decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier with the results. I now wake-up and don't have to worry about asking someone to put my makeup or over looking plain. Whenever I go out or when I get unexpected visits I always look fabulous.
